 We chose to begin our journey with technology because it’s the orbit we’re all already part of, whether we like it or not. From the phones in our hands to the algorithms shaping what we see, technology is woven into the smallest details of our daily lives. It’s powerful, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming — which makes it the perfect place to start. This month, we’ll explore both sides of the coin: how new tools like AI are transforming creativity, work, and connection, and how we can set healthier boundaries in a world that never really switches off.
